DAVExv19 - Do you really think any shareholder would be prosecuted for buying shares from their broker ?

Come on it was obvious that the shareholder lawsuit had several purposes. One was to flush out any additional counterfit certs. Two ,it was to prove where the liability was for the Illegal Naked shorted shares which is with the Broker ,market maker, and ultimately with the DTCC !

It's a NO Brainer that a shareholder buying shares of a stock LONG via their broker would NEVER be charged with Naked shorting.
