You're on a roll Mastaflash! That link you provided below confirms that STS is a vital part for NYSE:CACI for uniquely qualifying them to meet the requirements of that CACI contract as stated by CACI:

That's another ”multi-billion dollar company” that EVRM/STS is a partner with of which the details have not been released... yet. Again, as the company has recently stated… more is forthcoming as the company predicts much greater opportunities in FY 2010.
