AF tonite is mentioning that the best thing for Gild in this deal is that there will be new patents for Truvada.

Did Feuerstein really say that? If so, what he meant to say is that the combination of TMC278 and Truvada could be newly patentable even though Truvada itself will be going off-patent in the US in 2017.
