Pass I agree a buyout will more than likely could be the only way for shareholders to see any profit from their long term holding of this stock. But, if they don't cut a deal with another company just for the user base then the only way to make real money or attempt at it would be to start charging. Unless, he wants to build UB so large he makes money off of ads only and will never convert it over to paying subscribers potentially. If he opts for conversion to paying in my opinion he'll drop 60-70% of user base or more people are used to what they have. I don't think he'll try to charge with a low end of a million UB...if he does it could be later when he has more much more in UB to absorb the drop in UB %. But, there is no guarantee for anything here. He could try to sell Hypster without the shell and shareholders he never said he would attach the 2 together.

What would you charge per song or flat rate per month tiered song play list?

How and where did Michael acquire all those songs did he pay for them? How hard would it be too build your own website attach some ads,videos and music and start marketing in other parts of the world and right here in NA. I agree with Morhawk he didn't need to buy a shell for him to do this.
