Knowles ... the Dilution here has been rampant ... you can not compare the two situations.

Shareholders who previously held may have LOST significantly because of the Reverse Split then and $0.055 might have been nowhere close to break-even for most.

similarly ... most who held AERP are already down significantly ... somewhere in the neighborhood of 95% for some.

These are FACTS and basic corporate finance.
