To answer your question, TA on mglg showed a boogie when you could not sell your shares at 0.0001 for months(did test).
Thought it was a loser for sure, not all BB boogies come to fruition. Check the chart, with 30 billion shares out their it hit 0.0033, or a top gain of 3300% if you could have pulled the trigger that fast!!!

So, what ever the company is or is not doing, If IAHL sets up for a boogie, the opportunity for a nice gain will be there, and it may take some sort of news to launch it.
This is not a BB Boogie yet, and may never be.
