First off......

and the FACT IS, the stock is not trading at $400 per share it is trading and has been trading sub penny levels, to be specific it has traded "on average" at or below price levels of .002 for the majority of this stocks history!

A lot of difference in a stock valued at .002 and a stock valued at $400. Where was your logic in that example?
