All this discussion about reverse splits is just a smokescreen to hide the truth about the company.
There is no longer a product. Just a shell.
There is no longer a revenue stream. Just a shell.
There is still debt. And it's just a shell.
There are still 2 lawsuits that AERP is named in. And it's just a shell.
There's only 5 billion allowable shares to issue. And they've used up most, and have warrants that will move them over that limit. And it's just a shell.
So it doesn't matter if there hasn't been an R/S "yet."

There "has to be."
The math bears that out.
My proof is right in the filings.
Warrants become 2.6 billion shares.
There's over 3 billion out there.
3 plus 2.6 is more than 5.
Last I checked, anyway.
