Where would you start? Pino and Pamela have been taken care of. DTC has withdrawn clearing services for brokers....SEC oversees them...FINRA?...brokers?....who do you go after? kruy will say Megas....still a year left on that limitation. Wonder why kruy doesn't sue him?

....most importantly, even assuming you had any chance of winning, it would take MUCH more $ than it is worth, and how many years?....believe me, the route we are taking is MUCH faster, and MUCH cheaper. Watch and learn.
