We have been through this before. No case has been filed, and no wrong has been demonstrated at any point in the last 4 years with BCIT, so there is no SOL on a wrong that does not as yet exist in the eyes of the law. All the SROs and the SEC have said they are doing nothing wrong. The company has said they are doing nothing wrong. So SOL from when?
