You are absolutly spot on with that, I ran my own company for 17 years up until about 5 years ago when I sold out and I can still remeber what the q sales figures were, as you point out this is still a small Co. and do they not have a CFO?
Intercom: "Hey Jerry/Frank (whoever) can you give me just the total sales for the first half of the year?"
"Err boss, I don't know what they are"
"Then you are fired!"
A computer system will tally the invoiced goods and give you a number, simple.
