PA - Chmabers warned us, Intel has just done the same but more so and I can't see business suddenly turning around for Q4 and when those mid terms come out in three months time we will be able to get a view on 05 and so unitl we get that 05 view everything will get put on hold imho and that wil just add to the malaise.

Someone slammed the brakes on the world economy.
