The only difference in the price of the stock is that the Canadian exchange will quote the stock in Canadian dollars. The conversion should be approximately equal to the price quoted on the pinks. Should there be a difference in price, investors quickly take advantage of the disparity by buying the lower priced stock and selling the higher. This is called "arbitrage" and the process keeps the two quotes in line with one another.....Good investing...Jim
