Come on how do you know there is no dilution. Didnt management just convert their preferrds to common. How do you know they arent being sold and then the AS is raised again down the road a bit. The fact is you dont know and neither do I they are pink. But past history shows they claimed no dilution several times when it was happening as they said the opposite.
