The prior CEO lived in Michigan. Scott lives in the Toronto area. Toronto is a resource capital of Earth. The Toronto Venture Exchange is loaded with mining companies. They may also uplist to the BB's in the USA imo, be fully reporting, attracts a bigger potential set of investors.
