Micmacapole, according to Form 3, William J. Fox, does not indicates he owns 10%. Do you have anything that shows he is a 10% owner?

I assume it was filed because of (a Current insider/Director/Treasurer/Controller) being elected the CFO and Executive VP on Feb 27, 2009 (ish). (He may already owned share some time ago since he was already a Director, etc.)
