let's try this again as i must have broken a rule.lol

fact....it takes more time to get things done presently through FINRA. check with FINRA, they moved their office and have mostly new staff members......what used to take a week now takes two to three....

yours is pure conjecture, i'll go with the PR....they would not put out that PR w/o fully intending to get it done.
