From what I have read and correct me if I am wrong. Robert Luiten started Zenergy as a private company in 2006 and just purchased this shell to bring it to the public. The new CEO Robert Luiten was the COO and Vice President of an INEOS Phenol division with revenues of more than $1 Billion Dollars. The INEOS company in general is the world's third largest chemical company, with sales of about EUR 33 billion. I would say that Robert Luiten has the experience to get things done in a big way.
