Could someone please explain the reverse merger process to me? I'm reading and you guys are saying how this thing could reach a dollar through a reverse merger. For simple math lets say you bought 100 shares @ 1cent. The reverse merger happens and the stock is now worth a dollar. Does this mean you still own 100 shares @ $1.00? You just gained 100x your initial investment??
