what does that have to do with the ONE that tactica used to own and assigned to helen of troy? your point is? you are mixing up and confusing yourself, but you can't confuse other people, because they can read and comprehend. clearly, those other trademarks have nothing to do with the epil-stop that helen of troy now owns and was assigned by tactica in 2004 and renewed in 2007 by helen of troy. it is also why helen of troy's custmer service number exist on the epil-stop website for the product. it is also why no company is selling "igia epil-stop" anymore and they all say that the product is no longer available. it is because igia is not allowed to market the product epil-stop anymore because they don't own it anymore. call helen of troy: 800-487-7273 and ask them.
