it is not that way with a trademark. like i said, the paperwork speaks for itself. period. your rants don't change the fact. the uspto lists last owner as the very last person to own it, and it is in the paperwork. if you read the file for the link i gave you, you will see. perid. TACTICA ASSIGNED the trademark to helen of troy, which is who is marketing the epil-stop now. period. THAT IS A FACT. your warped and inaccurate interpratation does not change that FACT. just because say that the sun is blue, won't make it blue, when the fact is that it is yellow.
