If you wish to return a product or item that you find unsatisfactory, please follow the procedures as explained below. Please be advised that if the item(s) that is being returned is opened or used, It must come back in its Original packaging with all parts included. We do not accept partial returns so make sure the product is complete including box in good condition, all booklets and instructions. Please do not write on them or deface them as returns will not be accepted. Products which cannot be returned in whole original condition can not be returned. The package must be complete. You may not just put a stamp on the package as it may become damaged and unusable. Please box your item and send it back with tracking and delivery confirmation. On Opened or Used products there will be a 20% restocking fee.

Returns are only accepted within the first 30 days of purchase.

We CANNOT accept returns on products that are used on the face, body or mouth, according to Federal laws. These products include but are not limited to: Natural Bras, Strapless Silicone Bras, Celebrity White, all types of Shavers and Trimmers, Sonic Clean between Machines, Cybersonic Oral systems and brush heads, Dr Feder?s LiftTight , all Epil-Stop products etc.
Return Procedures are as follows:

1. Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) before returning the product. In most cases this is the same number as your original order number.
2. Pack item (s) into a shipping box and address the return to the address below.
3. Put the RMA # on the shipping label so that the return can be processed more efficiently upon its arrival in our warehouse.
4. The product must be returned via regular mail or UPS or some other method. We will not refund the cost of ANY shipping express, priority or overnight shipping or other method.
5. Please do not affix any labels or stamps to the retail box of the product. Put all labels and stamps on a shipping box or the original packing box your order came in.
Once the return has been received, and the product inspected, you will be issued a refund and be notified via email and sent a copy of the refund transaction record and details for your records.

Products which are refused after shipment will still be assessed a shipping fee. Products delivered to an incorrect address will still be charged for if the address is the one given to ship to.
