DGL, I remember late to the game, but the "your girl" part... Do we know each other? It seems while the bodies I dug up seemed relevant at the time, but they don't seem to have much, if any, mention later. Sure I smelled bad fish, but it may have come from the boat moored next door. Are you saying "illuminating" as in turned a light on in a room where bad fish smell was, but I had the wrong species, or were those prior indictees also working this trout line?
