It is being done proactively. Personally i can handle the 'exaggerations' (if they exist)
as i'm not into the conspiracy thing. Also, there is some good motive involved and it will be
ironed out in the wash. On the other hand so many of the naysayers are just vicious and
reject, as in their attitude to Obama eg, all. That's just agenda ridden bs. Simpleton stuff.

No comment on Cap and trade as i don't understand the details well enough, yet.
