That is a really sad excuse for an artilce. Let me start off by saying I am not Catholic, so this is not a defense of the Catholic Faith. That being said, when you are a member of any church, you become a member for guidance in your search for God. The Church is not there to make you feel better about wrong choices and bend the word of God to suit your needs. On the contrary, the Church is there to guid you to the word of God. For this, the Catholic Church should be respected as not bending to suit peoples' need to feel better about comitting more sins. They remain there to guide them to living better.

Yes, some churches have popped up saying everything is OK to help get more parishioners. These are the churches that should be questioned. They are the ones that quite obviously are in it for the money, and not their true faith. Yes, tell me about the altar boy scandals of the Catholics, we have all heard that and it is a shame that would habve ever happened. Those preist will have to face their God one day and be judged.
