From what I've been able to tell Terminus Inc looks to be a IT staffing services firm specializig in SAP("System Analysis and Program Development"). It also appears they do some consulting for applications development. From their website consulting services are mostly in the area of project management. One thing I will say is SAP is a expensive product and usaully only large firms with massive amounts of data use SAP. Banks, insurance companies used it in the 80's & 90's and only ran on the mainframe. There is a client/server version now also. If they are looking to go public thru Blackhawk, could get interesting here. We will see.
