as long as the company is trading, the shares are legit, so long as they have not been canceled. i am thinking the cd holders own the company now and are only gonna dilute it until they get their money out of it, which is perhaps why they raised the as last year to 2 billion shares. nonetheless, sivan says he's not a part of this outfit anymore, so the big question is who owns it, because it obviously wasn't sold. if the cd holders take maxes out the as and gives them control of the company, that will explain ther recent volume, which i thought was due to day trading, but may in fact be dilution by the note holders.
