I thought I would drop in and check on the fallout. I am curious about whats what in Rudy's world.
I always thought time would reveal all of this but I cant find any coherent posts about what seems to be the status. Obviously, other then the Tulsa folks who went down.
I am sure by now that you have to have a feel for the bigger picture. My question is how close was I? I remember when I said I thought you were Javert and you said, "No, but I can see how you might think that" and Shazaam! (2years later) the previous post has you admit, well, kinda of an admission, that its yours exclusively, now. So I guess I get a point for that one. While I leave open the loophole that the post(s) I said you made may have been submitted by one of three contributors you mentioned... so maybe a full point is wishful thinking.

CMM get it? Anyway. I know you didnt think it was from the "get go" a deception, while that was my position. My position after the whole "midnight move" or sale as the case my be. Has it been determined by you that was the case? Or are we still of the mind that, an innocent endeavour was overtaken by evil doers?
I know I lost alot less then many, just luck in hindsight, as I was in late with a low average and out at first whiff of the original spinoff, I got anyone listening to me out except for a "koolaid addict" who despite the bodies lying around (Augustino, Stephens and the like..) still believed in the product and the Leper, I mean Leprican. I have always pondered if my letter/complaint to the SEC got any attention? Since I was never contacted, or if mine was just one in the beginning of a flood of them that got the "Great Eye" to look in this direction. I am not seeking credit, just curious as to what was the tipping point. I ran accross the email I sent James Romero seeking comment on the complaint I filed before I filed it and his response when I was cleaning out old files after I got a new machine, thats what made me think about this again.
I havent been a poster anywhere for a long while it seems, but the boyscout in me remains alive and well. Being a geek I would guess that a luring link would give all the IP addresses needed to get the players identified, Nice job Badrudy I guess is in order here... I'll again make another guess that's how you determined who Lou was.
