once again, overstock and liquidation companies are huge business. that stuff gets recirculated over and over by different businesses that peddle the "as seen on tv" stuff. i hope people use their common sense here, because it doesn't take much to go to delaware sos or call them, to call sivan, to check the uspto site and all of these things can be verified.
