the thought of such a thing humored me to begin with, because i knew better. please see just how many live trademarks that exists, and how many dead ones. now, why do you think that is? lmao huh? it is because you cannot trademark those common words anymore, unless they carry a very distinct mark. call and speak with a trademark attorney to help you understand better.
