if any of what you are saying is true, sivan would and should have no problem admitting that he is still affiliated with igia and that it is an active company. he could even tell you that yes, they are still a valid company...which is not insider information. he could tell you that he will address shareholders in the future through prs, and that would not be insider info either. he could say, we are in a quiet phase, and that would not be insider information. he could say, we are in the process of getting relicensed as a corporation, and that would not be insider information. there are many things that a CEO could tell his shareholders without divulging insider information, but would still validate the acitivity or relavance of the company. but, to say that he is not affiliated with igia anymore doesn't mean anything to me other than, he is not affiliated with the company anymore. there is no code language in such a declaration. so, if people want to theorize about the realities here instead of picking up the phone and making some calls or search the net for their own info that addresses the CURRENT status of the company, then so be it.
