Hmmm!
For the record, I raised my prices as I bought product. I have colour coded tags, green is old price, orange is new. My shelves are about 50/50. I thought that was fair, and perhaps that is one of the reasons my sales haven't dipped.

and

So now, when I bring in a new case, I won't want to lower the price while I still have those 2 bottles. This means it will take LONGER to lower prices than it did to raise them.

So how does the colour coding work.. only where he doesn't raise prices right away :o) How are they entered into the cash register (computer) ? If his system does inventory control he needs either a new code or a constant price override..

My smell test alert is raised..
