this is the deal with igai. they no longer exist. sivan no longer is affiliated with the company. he now runs a company called Bennoti, Inc. they have a totally different telephone number. Go to their website for the number. sivan works out of their offices at 30 broad st, but he will not talk to you, and if he does, he will tell you he is not affiliated with igai anymore. then, go to the state of delaware's website and look up igia. you will find they are no longer an active corporation. this has been the case for over 2 years. the company has many pending lawsuits against them in various federal courts brought by state attorney general offices around the country for fraud. there is also a pending shareholder lawsuit alleging sec violations by a group of investors also pending in federal court. imo, sivan is hiding from all of these situations, but still trying to profit off his name by starting a new company that has nothing to do with igai. here is the information and link to his new company:

try calling them. if you ask for igia, they will tell you wrong number, but if you ask for sivan, they may or may not let you speak with him.

decide for yourself. given the inactive status of the company, their ticker symbol can be suspended from trading. i am sure they are aware that the company is inactive. there is even a note on the pink info page that states they can't get in touch with them. why? because the number they have for the company is bogus.
