I'm not sure what you mean by "the environment and mentality in the Middle East". Are you referring to their culture, their values or their mentality in general? Either way, what makes you think that invading Middle Eastern countries with military force will decrease declarations of religious jihads against civilized nations? Many think it has just the opposite effect and kind of see their point.
