Thanks, but that's not what I was asking. Interesting about being able to invest directly in Qtrax but possibly never having the company list and you do your money. Wow, great gamble, as if the stock market wasn't hard enough! I would have thought the law would require over a specified number of shareholders that the company list so the shares can be traded. Maybe things are different in the US. I find that hard to believe, but hey, you never know I guess.
It would be a great business wouldn't it? - raising millions of dollars from shareholders, issue share certificates, and then decide not to list the company. Unbelieveable.
