This is just my opinion but could it be possible that Spongetech may try and buyout Dicon from the private investment group?
Through personal experience in the business world, I know that the real winners are those that can market products and not always the inventer(s). Trust me, I have 40,000 Photokeepers (don't ask), sitting in my basement, which I invented but couldn't sell five years ago.
This would place Spongetech in total control now that they've proven that the "Delivery System" works.
Just some food for thought?
