Why is it that only Bush is responsible? This is the narrow-mindedness that makes me question the intentions of many leading Democrats that claim Bush lied. If he lied, then so did the UN, and so did Russia, and so did the Senators who had access to the same information and voted for war (including John Kerry).

And don't forget, it was Bill Clinton who had 8 years to do something about Osama and didn't. When given the chance to capture Osama, he passed on it out of fear of the consequences of obtaining such a high-profile individual.

All Bush's fault? Not hardly. Does Bush take some blame? Of course.
