Why would you invest directly in Qtrax (rather than BLLN) if there isn't going to be a spin off? How are you supposed to get a return otherwise? This must be thoroughly covered in the terms of investment in Qtrax if it is attracting so much direct investment.
Same question: As a BLLN shareholder (and a Qtrax investor as well apparently)has he received/when will he receive his shareholding in Qtrax?
Very simple question.
