The tightest state now with more than 20electoral votes is Pennsylvania(21). Bush leads 47% versus 46%.
This state is now the number one most tense swing state.
It is now being counted in Bush column, had been in Kerry column.
Kerry can not lose Pennsylvania given that Florida is now 48%Bush and Kerry44%.
We would expect a seasonal bad show in market this year come September, but Secretary of Treasury Snow has power to prop market.
If enough Kerry supporters really want Kerry to win they can do this by simply selling their equities in their portfolio going into the election; but we KNOW that is not going to happen.
