I am wondering now if that is even the plan or not. If they were going to do that then the website would have a different domain name.
Since the website is Blackhawkfund.com I would assume they are sticking with their own plans to make money. Probably not a Merge of any kind. Who knows but it looks good so far.
I was wondering though. What would happen if we did Merge with a company already trading at .52 cents? I guess it would all depend on how they arrange the shares structure. Would be interesting to see. Anyone have examples of successful merges and what happened to each companies PPS after their Merge?
