GameZnFlix Prepares a New Series of Commercial Spots for the Upcoming NFL Season

FRANKLIN, Ky., Aug 27, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- GameZnFlix, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GZFX) announced today that it has given the go ahead to AdSouth Partners, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ADPR) to begin production on a series of new commercial spots for the upcoming football season.

With one spot already completed, featuring Lenny Krayzelburg, now a four-time Olympic Gold Medalist on the U.S. Olympic swim team, Gabe Woodward, another U.S. Swim Team member, and former two-time Gold Medalist Bradley Schumacher, the additional commercial spots will be centered around sports figure endorsements and are planned to run through February of 2005.

Gary Hohman, COO of AdSouth Partners Inc., stated, "We believe that the initial branding campaign we developed for GameZnFlix will start to take hold and with this new series of commercial spots the trend for new membership signups can now take effect." Hohman also added, "This stage two marketing strategy is right on time.
