I think it's important for that information, about the approval, to jump out at folks when they start looking at NEPH. And being in "red" says look at me first.
Now I would like to see the company update their website. Some say it's not important but it is to the new investor. It's important as this is the first place someone is going to go to start their DD and having the most up-to-date information is critical in their decission making.
When I was in the corporate world we did everything first class. Detail. It shows what you are about. What do they say - Dress for Success. You are more inclined to do business with someone who presents themselves in this manner.
