open up paint

start - programs - assessories - paint

paste it in paint. if you still cant find the paint program, go to

start - run

then type 'mspaint' that should open it up

once you paste it in paint, save the picture as a jpeg or something. you can then upload the .jpeg like you did your camera picture and link it on here
