That's "IF" the news comes out. I still don't think the company is focused on PRs as much as they are big sales. They need to focus on sales right now, so I don't see them looking at every opportunity to release a PR saying they have a contract. I think (IMVHO) they will let the 10Qs speak for themselves. That being said, that could make this a VERY slow process for shareholders.
