I have seen a lot of penny stock CEOs promise that there "never" be a reverse split (RS) or the a RS will "only be used to uplist". I wouldn't be surprised if SPNG shareholders see a RS in the near future. Probably another tactic to confuse shareholders about what the OS really is.
