I already answered that. Of course he's in control. But his personal bank accounts are not comingled with those of ERHC Energy.

If he sells assets for $2B, our market cap will reflect that. If you don't trust what management will do with that money you can sell at the $3 share price $2B would support.

The Sun is going to blow up someday too, are you going to wring your hands over that? Let's find something under the ground that's worth selling and then we can worry about the selling price. After it's sold we can worry about what they may or may not do with the money.
