Current revenues are $470,000 per quarter (see last 10Q from Jan-Mar 2009) with a market cap of $1.6 million based on 410 million O/S and current share price of $0.004.

With the opening of the EXPO center recently and the launch of their new RFID technology expect current revenues to have increased nicely (Apr-June 2009), 10Q will be coming out shortly showing this, share price will need to adjust to reflect this increase in revenue.

With the acquisition of the CSD on Monday add in another $3 million in revenues and calculate the adjusted share price from that.
