Yeah it is becoming increasingly difficult to believe that Offor would go along with a deal that would benefit all shareholders from a straight up sale of the company when he can sell the JDZ assets and get to have access to 100 % of the cash that would be put in company coffers !! This indeed would prove, after all this time to be a very dark day for shareholders !
