Give the current economic condition of this Corporation, even if it were to discover the ultimate solution to the "last mile" problem (which is highly unlikely given its history and talent and the rapid rate of techological change), the current shareholders would basically get zilch because mgmt would have to issue so much stock for capital that the current "bagholders" would be lucky to get 1 or 2% of any restructuring deal.
