I have decided to send the company an email,
this is it's content:
To whom it may concern,

I am a concerned shareholder of BCND and like most shareholders I believe in a very bright future for OUR company. In my concerns, I have done whatever Due Diligence that I could to learn more about BEACON and RR&D and Mr. Blackburn. There are those that trash talk the company for their own selfish "quick" gains.

Let me first start by thanking you for your continued responses to my and other shareholder's emails. It is much appreciated.

My questions are as follows:
1) Can you please tell my when you first moved and then left 116 Federal St. S. Pittsburgh, PA?
2) Why have you been not forthright in the fact that you were their and what suite or space # did you occupy?
3) Where is your office or place of operations now?
4) In my efforts to find proof of RR&D's past business dealings as a developer (for the purpose of silencing those who don't believe in RR&D's and BCND's validity) I have found not one previous contract or working relationship as such Developer, can you shed a little light on this for me and my fellow shareholders?
5) Have you applied and or received any permits for the Razing of the Westmoreland Glass Factory?

I have heard you say that investors who invest in such high risk investments must be prepared to lose their investment. I try to eliminate these risks so that my investments go toward helping companies like BCND stand long enough for them to stand on their own.

Last question: Have you ever had any kind of relationship with Forth River Developers, Mark C. Schneider and, or Rubinoff Company?
